Returns and Refund Policy
All items to be covered by the 30 Day return policy must be registered by email within 7 days of receiving goods. Registration process is to email email@example.com with purchase details, date, name and address.
Returns need to be approved and given a return note number. The address and details for return are provided in the return note email.
Items that do not follow procedure and are returned without an authorized return note number will not be refunded.
All returns for refund will require details and photographs sent to our customer service department :- firstname.lastname@example.org prior to authorization of a return note number.
Items returned with malicious damage, destroyed or abused will not be covered under this return policy.
Name, address, contact details and photographic identification will be required for all refunds.
Note: Handmade and natural items means unique characteristics. There may be slight color and pattern variations that are subject to dye lot in fabrics, which is out of our control. Please take this into account before purchasing.
Items are to be returned at buyers cost (shipping is not refundable). Shipping services that use traceable methods are recommended, as too is insurance.
Goods which are not traceable and that are not returned to our premises will not have a credit processed.
Once items are returned please allow 5-10 working days for a full refund back to the original method of payment.
